Pinch Punch 1st of the Month of December

In PAL today we did harverd referencing, which seemed to go well and they all seemed to be into it and quite enjoyed it, kit came into the session as she was doing reviews of all the PAL groups to see how they getting on.
Also i had a talk to Neil about the D&AD briefs which went pritty well, i had chance to go over and talk about what my ideas were so far and if i had chance to pick an idea and my ideas so if. It was good to have a talk about them and helped clear up a few things. the Brand one could become quite interesting but also fairly difficult to define, however the HP project seems interesting and creative and i feel i could do a lot more with that so after the discussion with Neil i think i am going to go head and look further into the HP brief .

Friday 28th Novermber (Day After The New Brief)

We Had our new brief set yesterday which sounds like it could be interesting. It is to design a website and sort of brand and advertise our selves. So yesterday was mainly spent searching the internet looking for nice and interesting website designs that appeal to me and that i can use for inspiration to design my own website for myself. After the the dream weaver sessions i now have a better understanding for using dream weaver but now we are also recapping flash programs and being shown how we could also incorporate flash elements into our website which have been really good at the moment and i have really enjoyed using it. Today we learnt how to use various buttons and how to use them as controls to jump to numerous pages which was good and really helpful to learn i felt. I look forward to doing this project and enjoy looking at current and existing websites. I have also decided on a final to D&AD briefs which will be the open HP brief and the brand union identity brief. I have booked a tutorial with Neil for monday afternoon to disgues the two and hopfully he can help make things a little clearer for me to choose between the two.

Tuseday 22 November The Day After The Night Before

If managed to get the day extension for Neil and got together and have completed everything i had to. Well i hope. I spent most of last night finishing off my personal web page and my chosen artists website. Which i personally think went really well and for the first ever time i had done this i was very happy with my end result

Monday 21st November

After a really good weekend its back to work now. with everything handed in all i have to do now is the short course dream weaver and hand it in to Neil so that i can hopefully qualify for the ABC certificate. However i don't think i will get it finished today so i may ask Neil for an extra day so i can finish it off. i have done all the work and got examples for t however i would very much like to make them just a little better and to use the methods i have learnt again to prove i can use them in different ways as i will hopefully prove in the work i submit.
